We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on all eligible items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Custom-made, personalised, and sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.we’ll replace or refund it under Australian Consumer Law.

We ship Australia-wide with reliable courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
